After 16 years in the chocolate business, the last 13 as owner of Bradley's in Knoxvile, TN, I've become passionate about all things chocolate. Tasting chocolate, cooking with chocolate, chocolate techniques, chocolate cookbooks, consume my days and nights. My team and I plan to share recipes, chocolate reviews, cookbook reviews, and anything else we can think of that relates to chocolate. We value and encourage reader input and look forward to going on a journey that always ends with a rich, piece of decadent chocolate.
